Sunshine Week might be over, but the struggle for government transparency is a year-round endeavor. Indeed, we were struck by an idea that cropped up in reporting by Virginia newspapers during last week's celebration. It's time the General Assembly again convenes a panel to review the state's Freedom of Information Act.
