Summary
The lesson, Bedford County school students, is this: If somebody does you wrong, do him one better. At least, that's what your leaders are teaching you in trying to figure out just how much money they're going to spend to educate you next year.
They aren't really thinking about what's best for your education. That concept, the one central to their mission, seems to have been misplaced of late. Still, you're getting a lesson all right.
