and General Contracting Services Total Action Against Poverty, Inc., (TAP) is seeking professional architectural and general contracting services to convert a school building located in Clifton Forge VA, into a multi-family residential structure containing 35- 45 units.It is TAP's intent to engage the services of a qualified architect and a general contractor who will provide a qualification statement showing capacity and experience in affordable housing adaptive re-use projects, familiarity with historic and low-income tax credit projects, ability to work as part of a design-build team, and capacity to provide architectural drawings and estimation of costs prior to the LIHTC application deadline of March 2010. The proposal should include references of past performance and examples of completed projects.
