Summary
Patricia O'Grady Sullivan, of Roanoke, Va., and formerly of Covington, La., gracefully passed into Heaven on Saturday, April 10, 2010, after a valiant straggle with cancer. Waiting to welcome her home were her daughter, Kerry Anne Sullivan; and parents, Frederick and Helen O'Grady.
Born on December 11, 1930, in Flushing, N.Y., Pat attended Finch College for Women in New York City and Parsons School of Design in Manhattan. Prior to marriage, Pat worked as a commercial artist in New York City for LIFE Magazine. Throughout her life, she proved to be a talented artist, and enjoyed the artistry in gardening, as well.
