Linda Mullins (Kay) Stanley, 64, of Salem, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born on March 24, 1947, the youngest of nine children. She spent her childhood years in the mountains of Southwest Virginia in the town of Clintwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Bernie Stanley. She is joining him in Heaven just in time for what would have been their 44th wedding anniversary on August 5, 2011. Also passing on before her was her mother, Georgia Mullins Dishman; brothers, Clarence, Claude, and Paul Mullins; and niece, Mitzi Cunningham.See the full content of this document
