Summary
Charles R. Simpson, 84, of Salem, Va., passed away peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2010, at home, with his family by his side. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Charles C. and Nellie W. Simpson.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife and best friend of 65 years, Naomi G. Simpson. He is also survived by two sons, Charles R. (Dick) Simpson Jr. and wife, Linda W. Simpson, and Roger W. Simpson and wife, Joan M. Simpson; one granddaughter, Karen S. Massey and husband, Allen Massey; one grandson, Matthew S. Simpson; one great-granddaughter, Taylor Brooke Massey, all of Salem; brother and sister-in-law, Robert D. Simpson and Verna Simpson, of Kernersville, N.C.; three loving and caring nieces, Sharon White and her husband, and Robin Frost, all of Kernersville, N.C., and Debbie Islerner and her husband, of Hawaii; and one sister, Pat Simpson, of Christiansburg, Va.See the full content of this document
