Summary
Montgomery County Registrar Randy Wertz was supposed to be on vacation last week. Instead, he was in the office dealing with the electoral mess state and county officials have concocted. It is almost as if they conspired to make life miserable for him and his team. He has no time to waste assembling the county's new electoral jigsaw puzzle.
