Notice is hereby given that Carilion Clinic Patient Transportation, LLC, 431 McClanahan St., Roanoke, VA 24014, has applied to DMV to obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity which would authorize passenger transportation as a common carrier over irregular routes within the Commonwealth of Virginia. If granted, the certificate would only authorize the transportation of passengers who are receiving medical care through the Carilion Clinic healthcare organization.
