A woman who wrapped her stillborn infant in plastic bags and buried him in a trash bin will not be required to serve jail time if she pays $2,000 into a fund for other infants in need.
Rosetta Elizabeth Clark, 21, of Blacksburg appeared in Montgomery County Circuit Court Wednesday to appeal the 20-day jail sentence ordered by a general district court judge in June.See the full content of this document
