The existing Tenant One Shell Building is a one-story, 30,000 gross square feet, pre-engineered metal building structure. The Tenant Upfit is a 30,000 square foot interior build-out of the shell building for office and research laboratory spaces. The existing Tenant One Shell building and the Tenant Upfit are required to achieve a LEED-certified rating.
