February 2, 2010 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Blacksburg will conduct public hearings on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 7:30 PM in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Council Chambers, 300 South Main St, Blacksburg, VA 24060 on the following items:

ORD 1564-AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE NEW TOWN OVERLAY DISTRICT, TO AMEND THE TOWN OF BLACKSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE, TOWN CODE APPENDIX A, BY ADDING RELATED REGULATIONS TO ARTICLE III IN A NEW DIVISION 29, "NEW TOWN OVERLAY DISTRICT," AND TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 2103, "DEFINITIONS," TO ADD THREE NEW DEFINITIONS.
