The Roanoke County Board of Supervisors decided Tuesday to ask the General Assembly to ban caffeine-enhanced alcoholic beverages in the state.
The board maintained the activist posture it first took a few weeks ago on incense laced with synthetic marijuana, being the first public body in the region to ask the state to ban that substance.See the full content of this document
