On Wednesday, November 18, 2009, God in His infinite wisdom reached out His hand and guided our beloved mother, the Reverend Lillian Pauline Haskins, to her eternal home. Pauline, as she was affectionately known, was born on January 18, 1924, in Roanoke, Va., to the late Henry and Lillian Poindexter. Pauline grew up in the Salem and Roanoke area, and was educated in the afore mentioned school systems; graduating from Lucy Addison High School in June 1942.
